Knitting

With more than 1150 most modern machines of world renowned brands like Lonati and Uniplet, continuously rationalized with the latest state of art equipments.
The knitting team involves highly skilled and trained professionals, including qualified engineers. Under their supervision knitting training section works well towards providing skilled man power for ongoing expansion programs.

Step - 2

Stitching

To add more value in our products we have upgraded our toe linking department with 34 Conti Complett / Rosso Italian machines with a capacity of more than 35,000 dozen pairs per day. Further Hand Linking facility is also available and at Kamal we had developed smooth Rosso technique similar to hand linking but cost effective.

Step - 3

Processing

The state of the art processing facility comprises of 32 latest Dyeing / Bleaching, Tumble Dryers and Hydro Extractor machines from Tupesa (Spain), Poly Craft and Maino (Italy) with a production capacity of approximately 800 Tons per month = 870,000 dozen pairs per month. Our dye house has the capability to handle

Boarding & Packing

To the socks we have 19 most modern Automatic Rotary Steam Boarding Machines having 4200+ boarding frames to produce about 35,000 dozen pair per day. Further these are equipped with Auto-Clave for smooth and crisp finish, Hot Air chamber for heat setting and PLC for perfect silhouettes / hand feel. Kamal have highly trained human resource to add more value in finished products & to make the product more attractive & charming. Further this team is equipped with Thread cutting machines & 8 needle detectors on the Packing Floor to ensure best quality of the product with secure hands.

Quality Assurance

Kamal has very stringent quality system to ensure quality conforming to buyer’s standards. We have an independent quality department of 150 skilled individuals, supervised by trained and qualified management. Quality Inspection is mandatory at all levels, product move from one department to other after qualifying quality requirements for respective stage. Goods Final Audit is also done at AQL standards before dispatch.
Documentary procedures are in place to ensure the quality at all levels through information system.

Product Development

In Kamal we believe that to invest on Research and development is an investment in a benefit to company's future. For that we’ve established our inhouse Product Development Department and investing huge amount of budget for R&D.

We develop Diabetic socks, Wool/Acrylic Socks, Acrylic Thermal Socks, Cotton Thermal Socks, Soccer Socks, Dancing Socks, Knee High Socks, Dress Socks, Terry Socks, Plain Socks, Kids Designing Socks, Inner Layer Socks, Leg Warmers and Wrist Bands in Carded Cotton, Combed Cotton, Coolmax Cotton, Cotton Rayan, Bamboo Cotton, Poly/Cotton Blends, Wool/Acrylic Blends etc. for our prestigious customers from all over the world.

Research & Development

Kamal believes and takes Product Development at the front of Innovation which may end with commercialization. Product Development Department of KMPL is fully equipped with skilled and experienced professionals like Programmers, Designers and our valued Technicians including latest models of Circular Knitting Machines of different Needle Counts and Diameters.
We have knitting machines 84 Needle 5’’ Dia, 96 Needles 3.5’’ Dia, 108 Needles 4’’ Dia, 120 Needles 4’’ Dia, 144 Needles 3.75’’ Dia and 168 Needles 3.75’’ Dia for Product Development. Our PD Department is capable of producing every silhouette like Crew Socks, Quarter Socks, Ankle Socks, Low Cut Socks and No Show Socks etc.
